Unfortunately, items added to the shopping cart are not reserved.

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page.

If you get in touch with our customer support (support@signature-essentials.com) as soon as possible after placing your order, we’ll try to cancel or Change it before it reaches the warehouse. If your order has already been forwarded to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel or Change it.

Duties and Taxes are included in the shipping for Orders within the EU Member States Countries. Shipments outside EU member States Countries may be subject to customs fees, import fees, and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Signature Essentials. When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers receive an email from the courier providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit the courier website and insert the AWB number in the “track your shipment" area.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on Sundays will be shipped the following business day. Except on public holidays.

Express shipping: 1 to 2 days

The global outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 (corona virus) may have an impact on our logistical processes. You have 14 days to return an Order from the day you receive an Order. Returned Item must be Clean, Unworn, and must be in its Original Packaging with Original Tags and Labels.

Please note that shipping takes approximately 1-4 working days within Germany and 2-5 working days outside Germany. If you have not received your order, please contact our customer service (support@signature-essentials.com We will then place an investigation request with our shipping company and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

We are sorry that the wrong item was delivered to you. Return to us the wrong item back in its original packaging and Tags. If the exchange is not possible, we will refund you the money.
