Orders Placed before 14:00 Mondays - Saturdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 and on Sundays will be shipped out on the next working day. Holidays are excluded.

Germany:

Express Shipping:   1 to 2 Werktage
Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 Werktage

EU/International: 2-5 Werktage

Returns

You can return all items that you have ordered in our online shop to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products ordered are in their original condition and that the associated label has not been removed.

Refunds

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 1 - 5 business days. 

Please Note:
Sample Items: Signature Essentials does not provide refunds for sample items. These items can only be exchanged for another product from the collection or redeemed for store credit. Return shipping costs for sample items are the responsibility of the customer.

1+1 Deals: Both items must be returned together to qualify for a refund or store credit. Refunds or store credit cannot be processed if only one item is returned. Items from 1+1 deals can, however, be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product.
